Namibia

The state of Namibia is enchanting in a completely unique manner and is renowned for its wide and open landscapes. Namibia has the oldest desert in the world, the Namib Desert, which lies parallel to the Atlantic coastline. Eroded canyons, dry river beds and dune belts are tinged with picturesque colours at sunrise and at sunset. On the plateau in the interior, where altitudes can vary between 1000 and 2000 metres, the rocky mountain landscape alternates with vast plains. Unforgettable wildlife viewing is also possible. The Etosha National Park in Namibia is one of the largest wildlife reserves in Africa. Experience the intense colours of Namibia, the legendary dune and rock landscapes of the Namib Desert, the lush green river oases in the Caprivi Strip, the wild Skeleton Coast or the wildlife reserves rich with fauna.

Visitors can travel comfortably and safely through Namibia, where the sun shines more than 300 days per year. One can travel individually or as part of a tour group, in a hired vehicle, a camper, by bus or by air.
