  • Constantly strive to reduce customer complaints and to manage all complaints through the process of conducting internal audits and the introduction of non-conformance reporting with the objective of reducing the frequency of customer complaints in any measured period.
  • Develop people who have the necessary skills, experience and self-motivation to review and enhance process systems relevant to the delivery of improved service performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Support and develop Suppliers and Service Providers who are committed to partner ATC in the process of Quality Improvement.
